Coughing for Cystic Fibrosis: First birthday card!

My best mate from Weston Creek high school came to walk with me from Singapore and have me my first fiftieth birthday card and present :)

Raising Awareness for CF

This was originally the website for Vietnam to Singapore, 5100kms by bicycle through SE Asia, and the Mount Kinabalu Climb, but that is now in the past! I did the Coughing in the Sails regatta in Sydney, and later a bicycle ride from Melbourne to Sydney on a Dutch City Bicycle (we all need a challenge!), all of these raised valuable funding and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis! The big one of course was in 2007 when I cycled from Paris to Istanbul, 5000kms.

Since then we have continued to raise funds and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis and Organ Donations through hiking 800kms across Spain along the historic pilgrimage route of El Camino de Santiago de Compostella.
